Paxico is a great little historic Kansas town known for its shopping and antiquing.  In fact, it has very little else! 

Very, very little else. 

But if you’re in need of something old, unique, or refurbished, Paxico is the place for you!

We were in the mood to do some treasure hunting over the weekend, so we strapped Junior into his kangaroo pouch and went shopping, guns a blazin!

Maybe we would find a great old table I could use for our outdoor space.. or maybe some cool chairs to accompany it.  Perhaps some antique light fixtures, or an old milk tin to decorate with wheat stalks and sunflowers!

My mind was racing and my checkbook was burning through my pocket.

So we didn’t end up with any house finds – whatever.  Vintage cowgirl boots are the bees knees!

Moral of this story?  Marry someone like Tex who has an eye for things he knows you’d like (and doesn’t care if you spend dollars on used boots).
